The keg that reinvents wine by the glass
Wine, served
differently.
From tank to glass, a solution designed to preserve every drop — and showcase every vintage.
The cellar, in the morning — Côtes du Rhône
The winegrower, first
Your wine deserves better
than a simple container.
Every vintage demands time, attention and rigor.
ECOFASS was designed around producers' real constraints: serving wine by the glass while preserving its freshness, integrity and tasting quality. Technology remains in service of taste — never the other way around.
The promise
Wine by the glass,
without the slightest loss.
Stored in keg under neutral gas, the wine never meets air. The last glass is as alive as the first.
From tank to glass
How it works.
Four simple steps, designed for the daily routine of the cellar and the counter. The wine stays protected, from the first filling to the last glass.
Inserting the liner
A single-use food-grade liner slides into the keg. The wine will never come into contact with the container.

Connecting to the tank
The keg connects directly to the stainless steel tank. Filling happens in a closed circuit, without transferring.

Secure filling
The liner fills with wine, shielded from air and light. No loss, no oxidation when kegging.

Service without contact with air
The liner retracts glass after glass. Oxygen never enters: the wine stays alive, for weeks on end.

Now, the hero
One keg. Everything changes.
Waste reduction
The keg is reusable hundreds of times. Only the inner liner is recycled: disposable packaging disappears.
Zero cleaning
The single-use liner replaces rinsing. No keg washing, no water, no cleaning product: swap it, and you're back in service.
Simplified logistics
Lightweight, stackable, compact empty returns. Less volume transported, optimized routes.
Optimal preservation
The liner isolates the wine from air: no oxidation. The last glass is as alive as the first, for weeks on end.
Impeccable hygiene
Closed circuit, a new liner for every service: zero contact, zero cross-contamination. Total food safety.
Reusable dozens of times
A lasting investment: a 10-year service life.
The secret is inside
One liner, and everything becomes simpler.
At the heart of the ECOFASS system, a flexible single-use liner holds the wine under vacuum, isolated from air. It is what eliminates cleaning, guarantees hygiene and preserves the taste.
- The wine never touches the keg. From filling to the last glass, it stays in the liner.
- The liner compacts and is recycled. The keg, meanwhile, goes on for hundreds of cycles.
- Under neutral pressure, the wine stays fresh and stable until service, without oxidation.
The gesture, for real
A perfect glass,
on tap.
Technology fades behind what matters: wine served by the glass, consistent, cool and generous. That's all the end customer sees — and that's exactly the point.
